But there are more than 160 Kimchi varieties differentiated by region and ingredients. Kimchi is an indispensable food for Koreans throughout the four season.Korean people eat Kimchi at every meal.In the past, people can’t have vegetables enough during winter so, Korean ancestors prepared a lot of Kimchi in fall for winter. So, they can ingest nourishments like vitamins in winter. I think they are very wise people. This custom called Kimjang still leave and a big annual event for house wife.Now, Kimch is popular not only Koreans but also many foreigners.Also there is the school subject Kimchi in University and Kimchi study is developed day by day. I hope to that you try eating Kimchi someday.

Park Ji-Sung (born February 25, 1981, Goheung, South Korea) is a professional South Korean footballer who plays for the English football club Manchester United, as well as the South Korea national football team. He is the first Asian player to score in the history of the UEFA Champions League, and also became the first Asian to win it on May 21, 2008, with Manchester United. The meaning of Taeguk circle is unity of Korean. It is called Tae-Il which means the Korean character of unity.
The blue and red colors in the circle imply the mind of creation. Taeguk, the blue and red circle is the the root of the universe. In the circle, blue(yin) and red(yang) is seperated and these yin and yang can create all nature by their power which also represent creativity of Korean.
